Thank you for shopping at LUCUMA FASHION HUB. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our procedures to ensure you receive your orders efficiently and transparently.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship products exclusively within India.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 4 to 5 business days.
- Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- A Standard Shipping Charge is applicable on all orders unless specified otherwise during a promotional period.
- The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you make the payment.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your Tracking Number.
- You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 2 or 3 times.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, phone number, or the customer being unavailable, the package will be returned to our warehouse in Surat. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Mandatory Proof for Missing/Damaged Items
- As per our store policy, we require a continuous unboxing video (from start to finish without cuts) to address any claims of items missing from the package or damage during transit.
- This video must be shared with us within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery status being marked as “Delivered.”
