Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At LUCUMA FASHION HUB, we strive to provide high-quality ethnic and contemporary wear. To maintain our quality standards and keep our prices competitive, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
- We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products for reasons such as “change of mind,” “size/fit issues,” or “color preference.”
- Please review the product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.
2. Exchange for Damaged or Wrong Products
Exchanges are only permitted in the following two cases:
- The product received is physically damaged upon arrival.
- The product received is incorrect (different design, color, or size from what was ordered).
3. Mandatory Opening Video (Strict Requirement)
To be eligible for an exchange, you must record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing the package.
- The video must show the sealed courier bag clearly showing the shipping label.
- The video must be recorded in one take without any cuts or edits.
- The video must clearly show the defect or the incorrect item received.
- Requests without a valid opening video will be strictly rejected.
4. Timeframe for Reporting
- Any claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery time (as marked by our shipping partner).
- Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. How to Request an Exchange

6. Verification and Processing
Once we receive your request and video, our team will review the claim.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange.
- The item must be sent back in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Once the item reaches us and passes quality check, we will ship the replacement product to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified as they are processed immediately for dispatch.
