We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, due to variations in monitor settings and lighting during photography, there may be a minor color variation between the product image and the physical item. This is not considered a defect.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
We offer a highly strict Exchange-Only policy, limited exclusively to verifiable manufacturing defects. We do not offer returns or exchanges for issues related to size, color variation, or change of mind.

You must initiate an exchange request within 48 hours (2 days) of the order delivery date. Requests made after this window will be rejected.
To validate a claim, the item must be unworn with all original tags attached. Crucially, you must provide an uninterrupted, unedited opening/unboxing video that clearly shows the original packaging being opened and the defect being revealed for the first time. Claims without this video proof will be deemed invalid.
If you suspect a defect, please email us immediately at lucumafashionhub@gmail.com with your Order Number and the mandatory unboxing video within the 48-hour window.
We strongly recommend Dry Clean Only for the first wash to preserve the fabric and embellishments. Subsequently, hand wash gently in cold water. Avoid harsh chemicals and machine washing.
If the outer packaging appears severely damaged or tampered with upon delivery, DO NOT accept the package from the courier. Please immediately take photos of the package and contact our customer service team. If you must accept it, ensure the damage is noted on the delivery slip.
